Online Only | Participants will explore the Illinois Culturally Responsive Teaching and Leading Standards and develop strategies to utilize in the classroom. Candidates will share suggested strategies to reflect on personal bias. They will also begin planning for student learning in a culturally responsive way. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to identify what the CRTL Standards are, how to incorporate them in all content learning, and use them to reflect on classroom climate and culture.  This professional development activity is aligned to the ISBE and National Board for Professional Teaching Standards and to the CPS Framework for Teaching Components:  1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 2a, 3a, 3c, 3e, 4a, 4c, 4e
