Online Only | Participants will examine bias, what it is, and how it affects all that we do and perceive. Educators will explore and reflect on adult bias and learn how to incorporate a culturally responsive and reflective lens into planning, teaching, and learning. Teachers will share thoughts about the factors to consider when determining what changes should be made to create an antiracist and safe learning environment. This professional development activity is aligned to the ISBE and National Board for Professional Teaching Standards and to the CPS Framework for Teaching Components: 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3e, 4a, 4c, 4e
