Online Only | This Professional Development activity supports K-12 teachers and school support staff in creating a positive learning environment by developing a classroom culture of respect and rapport, healthy positive relationships with their students and accountability through shared agreements. Attendees will examine applications of restorative practices in the school community, especially restorative conversations. Participants will examine the methodology of Restorative Justice and the 4-step process of a restorative conversation. This professional learning opportunity is aligned to the CPS Framework for Teaching Components 2a, 2c, 3a, and 4e.
