Full course description

Onsite and Online - During this five-part series, participants will become familiar with content area, literacy-based teaching methods, and resources to teach Holocaust history to their students. Participants will learn about Operation T4: The Nazi “Euthanasia” Program, as well as Women & the Holocaust. The course will include primary source readings, use of historical documents, and multimedia presentations, and will draw interdisciplinary connections that align with state and national standards. Educators will be equipped to return to their classrooms with deeper knowledge of the Holocaust and rich pedagogical resources.
