Online Only | Plagiarism, the singularity, algorithmic bias, privacy loss, deepened disparities, and job elimination: there are many fears that K-12 teachers have about recent developments in artificial intelligence. In this course, we will introduce several topics: fundamentals of AI, how to use newly developed AI tools, creating a machine learning model, uses of AI in the classroom, and how to detect the use of AI in student work. This is an ASYNCHRONOUS class; there is no video meeting at a specific time. You can engage with the content whenever you would like.
