Online Only | Creative Journaling for Self Care & Renewal Inspired by an educator for and educators who are in need of self-care and renewal due to life's stresses. In the four-week class,  participants will explore how creative journaling bridges the wellness gaps within our post-pandemic world. Together as a class community, participants will encounter positive strategies, productive flow, and healing moments of connection through journaling, reflection, and letting go. Regain your creative power. Strengthen your voice. Establish daily creative journal habits. This offering is aligned to the CPS Framework for Teaching Components: 4a, 4e, and 4d.


Instructor: Jen Cullerton Johnson is a proud CTU member and teacher at Nancy B. Jefferson School. She has previously taught this class before and enjoys working with teachers and students who use their creativity as a way towards self-care and renewal. More about Jen can be found at
