Teachers will learn to build interactive classrooms using the Bitmoji app and discover ways to create a sense of familiarity and connectedness with their students in this course.  They will create in a digital form a welcoming, comfortable, personal learning space.  In this course, participants will learn how to design learning spaces in Google Slides and Classroom using a variety of elements and links to educational resources. They will learn how to add backgrounds, furniture, accessories, decorations, and their own teacher Bitmoji!  This course is for teachers using Google Classroom with their students. 

Several days prior to the start of the course, participants receive an email with instructions for accessing the course. A week’s material is posted at the start of each week.  Participants are expected to read content and review various resources, write replies/answer questions, share experiences, and engage in discussions with the course facilitator and other participants.  None of the assignments are completed in "real-time;" you can work at the times that best suit your own schedule.
